Ordered more Banana Shake, Eggs & Choc Bars as they are easily my favourite and I can last on them with the remainder of my meals etc...

Thinking ahead, once I reach my goal I can still use these items on a regular basis so why not get more.

Breakfast/Lunch was pretty much the same as yesterday never bothered taking a picture but it was similar to below

120g (10) Closed Cup Mushrooms 30 Cal / 0.4 Carbs
70g (1/2) Bell Pepper 14 Cal / 2 Carb
15g (1/2) Spring Onion 6 Cal / 0.6 Carb
Garlic Powder
Cracked Black Pepper
Salt
Spray Oil
Total = 253 Calories (Additional 3 Carbs & 50 Cal)

Cooked 1/2 Bell Pepper in pre-heated oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes with spray oil and Cracked Black Pepper

Fried Mushrooms in Garlic Powder, Cracked Black Pepper with Spray Oil for 3-5 minutes

In a small pot I fried the Onion for a minute or so…

Mixed 100ml cold water to Egg mix added to the Onion added Salt and Cracked Black Pepper and cooked on a low heat probably about 1-2 minutes

This was a little bit of work but you can leave pepper in oven or leave mushrooms in pan to stop you rushing around to get everything together... And it was AMAZING
