Day #11

Nice and straight forward day but I have a killer sore throat... Can't wait for the ice cold Shake.

I may have to change things around tomorrow if my throat is still so sore but I'll basically add or should I say swap a Meal/Bar for a Shake

x2 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each

2l Bottled Water
x2 Mug Green Tea
x2 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each

Exante Breakfast Eggs 203 Cal
80g Closed Cup Mushrooms 20 Cal / 0.3 Carbs
100g (2 1/2's) Mixed Bell Pepper 20 Cal / 3 Carb
25g (1/2) Spring Onion 8 Cal / 1 Carb
Garlic Powder
Cracked Black Pepper
Spray Oil
Total = 251 Calories (Additional 4.1 Carbs & 48 Cal)

Steamed Veg for 12 minutes simply to soften up a bit

Fried Veg in spray oil for 3-5 minutes with Pepper & Garlic Powder

In the smallest pot I could find I fried the Spring Onion for a minute or so…

Mixed 125ml cold water to Egg mix added to the Onion added Salt and Cracked Black Pepper and cooked on a low heat probably about 1-2 minutes

Yum! Yum! Yum!

This time I used extra water and as I was hungry I added a lot of extra veg to fill me up a LOT!

Mixed a little water with mix (added as I went) to make a paste

Chopped up bar (never ate any)

Cooked roughly 12 minutes 180 degrees (fan assisted)

Not sure about this yet!

It tasted right but was more of a muffin texture but looked like a cookie so messed with my head! But was VERY nice regardless

May have to experiment over the next few days with this one lol
