Day #12

Throat is a little better but feeling run down etc because of it so simply getting through the day

I think I'll just muddle through and have an early night and will be back on top tomorrow BUT on a plus side My t-shirt doesn't fit anymore lol

(or should it say it ACTUALLY fits now)

I don't think this week will be a MAJOR loss but from the view point of view I'm definitely losing inches at the moment more than pounds :)

25g (1/2) Spring Onion 8 Cal / 1 Carb
Cracked Black Pepper
Spray Oil
Total = 247 Calories (Additional 3.3 Carbs & 44 Cal)

Fried Veg in spray oil for 5 minutes with Pepper

Mixed 125ml cold water to Egg mix added to the Veg added Cracked Black Pepper and cooked on a low heat about 1-2 minutes more

Still not feeling 100% so simply threw things in a pan and cooked for a bit LOL!

Dinner:
Exante Shepherd’s Pie 201 Calories
Total = 203 Calories

In Bed:
Exante 1/2 Porridge Mix, 1/2 Double Choc Bar
Total = 200 Calories

Mixed a little water with mix (added as I went) to make a paste

Chopped up bar (never ate any)

Cooked roughly 14 minutes 160 degrees (fan assisted)

A little better texture but making 3 makes them too thin and would be a lot better if only making two thicker (larger) ones
