Day #13

Think I'll have one of the Soup mixes tonight but of course I'll add additional Veg to bulk it up a bit

Looking at my food box I still have x2 Soups and Porridge that are more of a meal type dish with some Chocolate & Orange Cereal Bars... hmm!

Looking ahead to week 3 I should have some Zero noodles and may add an additional meal time as I'm still feeling hungry throughout the day but I'll judge a little better on Tuesday :)

Cooked Bell Pepper in pre-heated oven 180 degrees for 18 minutes with spray oil and Cracked Black Pepper...

Fried Mushrooms in Cracked Black Pepper with Spray Oil for 3-5 minutes on a low heat.

Mixed 125ml cold water to Egg mix and added Cracked Black Pepper then cooked on a low heat for about 1-2 minutes and then added some Chives at the end (and a little more Pepper)

Dinner:
Exante Vegetable Soup 201 Calories
25g (3) Baby Button Mushrooms 6 Cal / 0.1 Carbs
30g Bell Pepper 6 Cal / 0.8 Carb
25g (1/2) Spring Onion 8 Cal / 1 Carb

Mixed 300ml Boiling water with mix

Quickly fried Veg in spray oil for 3-5 minutes

Blended soup mix for 30 seconds

Added the mix to the Veg pot and cooked for 3-5 minutes on a low heat with Cracked Black Pepper and some Fresh Chives for added colour
