Trying to stop the Coffee or at least limit a bit more and I'm now down to 2 cups per day which is better

I'm adding x2 cups of "Chicken Stock" and the diet typically allows one cube but as these are organic with no rubbish included it'll be fine having more

Bonus as it tastes like I'm having a "cup a soup"

70g (7) Baby Button Mushrooms 18 Cal / 0.2 Carbs
90g Bell Pepper 18 Cal / 2.6 Carb
32g (2) Cherry Tomatoes 6 Cal / 1 Carb
10g (1/2) Spring Onion 3 Cal / 0.4 Carb

Fried Mushrooms & Tomato in Cracked Black Pepper with Spray Oil for 3-5 minutes on a low heat.

In the smallest pot I could find I fried the Spring Onion for a minute or so…

Mixed 125ml cold water to Egg mix and added Cracked Black Pepper then added to the Onion pan and cooked on a low heat for about 1-2 minutes and then added some Chives at the end
