Day #17

Still plodding along and it's getting a lot easier and one good thing is that my sore throat is a LOT better and should be gone tomorrow or the next day at the latest :)

I'm still on a good balance and an finding the Stock to make up a lot of "the hungers" and as I'm indoors ALL day & night it's easy to give up and have a little much during the day but I'm doing GREAT so far and with 17 days on the clock it's all going according to plan as much as possible :)

x2 Organic Chicken Stock Cubes in Water (Trace)
x2 Mug Green Tea

Fried Mushrooms & Pepper in Cracked Black Pepper with Spray Oil for 5 minutes on a low heat.

In the smallest pot I could find I fried the Spring Onion for a minute or so…

Mixed 125ml cold water to Egg mix and added Cracked Black Pepper then added to the Onion pan and cooked on a low heat for about 1-2 minutes and then added some Chives at the end
