Day #18

So busy today I nearly forgot about updating this and only remembered at the last minute!

Tried an oven baked Omelette (yeah that name works) and I liked it... Might have to play around a bit to get it right but for a first attempt it looked amazing!

I'm approaching the big "1 Stone Off" milestone and I'm meant to buy myself a gift Hmm not sure what yet It'll be in the next few days so I better hurry and make my mind up soon!

x2 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each

Junk:
2l Bottled Water
x2 Organic Chicken Stock Cubes in Water (Trace)
x3 Mug Green Tea

Exante Breakfast Eggs 203 Cal
100g (10) Mixed Mushrooms 25 Cal / 0.3 Carbs
70g  Mixed Bell Pepper 14 Cal / 2 Carb
10g (1/2) Spring Onion 3 Cal / 0.4 Carb
Fresh Chives
Cracked Black Pepper
Spray Oil
Total = 245 Calories (Additional < 3 Carbs & 42 Cal)

Added a Flan dish (with removable bottom) to oven set at 180 and left until I fried veg...

Fried Mushrooms & Pepper in Cracked Black Pepper with Spray Oil for 5 minutes on a low heat.

Mixed 125ml cold water to Egg mix and added Cracked Black Pepper

When the Veg was cooked enough I removed the Flan dish and added some Spray Oil then added veg and poured the Egg mix on top and spread out and added a LOT of Fresh Chives on top

Put back in oven for about 14-15 minutes.
