Planning my "Unofficial Food Week" next week...

You're not really meant to have a food week on the plan that I'm on but going to anyway :) Here's the plan

x3 Packs per day with 250 cal food extra and a max of 7 additional carbs EACH day.

This is simply to break up the diet and actually feel normal for a few days then I'll make weeks 5, 6, 7 a strict ONLY 3 packs to finish off the diet with me adding some basic exercises to maximize the last 3 weeks and finish with a big push!

Breakfast:
x2 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each

Junk:
2l Bottled Water
x2 Organic Chicken Stock Cubes in Water (Trace)
x2 Mug Green Tea

Exante Breakfast Eggs 203 Cal
88g (10) Mixed Mushrooms 23 Cal / 0.3 Carbs
68g Mixed Bell Pepper 14 Cal / 2 Carb
6g (1/2) Spring Onion 2 Cal / 0.2 Carb
Fresh Chives
Cracked Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Spray Oil
Total = 242 Calories (Additional 2.5 Carbs & 39 Cal)

Added a Flan dish (with removable bottom) to oven set at 180 and left until I fried veg...

Fried Mushrooms & Pepper in Cracked Black Pepper & Garlic Powder with Spray Oil for 5 mins on a low heat.

Blended 125ml cold water with Egg mix

When the Veg was cooked enough I removed the Flan dish and added some Spray Oil then added veg and poured the Egg mix on top and spread out and added a LOT of Fresh Chives and extra Cracked Black Pepper

Put back in oven for about 15 minutes.
