Day #2

So day one was relatively easy for the hunger point but I think I was let down with the simple instructions for preparation that are given as they are too basic and simply don't work...

Today I went shopping for things like Garlic Powder & Chilli etc so I can add things to some of the dishes to make them a little more appealing as a LOT of people would be put off simply by looking at some of the dishes and I don't think that is a good start...

Breakfast:
x2 Coffee (Black NO sugar) 10 Calories each

Junk:
x5 330ml Bottled Water
x2 Mug Green Tea

Lunch:
Exante Spaghetti Bolognese 202 Cal
50g Mushrooms 12 Cal / 0.15 Carb
50g Tomato 9 Cal / 1.5 Carb
Spray Oil
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Fresh Coriander
Total = 223 Calories

Boiled 225ml water and mixed in the Bolognese mix and covered for 15 minutes with a little Garlic Powder and pepper added

Fried Mushrooms & Tomato in a little spray oil

Mixed together and cooked in small pot on low heat for 5 minutes

Can't think of anything bad about this and would easily have it if I wasn't on diet... Maybe a little water but that's because I like it a bit saucy lol

5pm:
Exante Vanilla Shake 204 Calories
Shot Coffee 10 Calories
Total = 214 Calories

200ml Boiling water mixed with Vanilla Shake with a Senseo Pod shot of Coffee...

Disaster!

100% will not try that again as it was like I was drinking a glass of out of date milk... I forced myself to drink it but NEVER again lol

I've got filling at 8/10 simply as I was drinking tasteless sludge :)

Dinner:
Exante Red Bean Chilli 203 Cal
60g Green Pepper 12 Cal / 2 Carb
15g Little Gem Lettuce 3 Cal / 0.25 Carb
Spray Oil
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Chilli Flakes
Fresh Coriander

Boiled 225ml water and mixed in the Chilli mix and left covered for 15 minutes with a little Garlic powder, pepper and a little Chilli Flakes...

Fried Green Pepper in a little spray oil

Mixed together and cooked on a low heat for 8-10 minutes

Was feeling a bit hungry so simply tried to make this look as BIG as possible but this is the BEST picture I had :(

Don't get me wrong it did taste nice but so far x3 meals have looked completely terrible and my lunch today only looked better because there was so much extra veg added
