Was going to have Porridge today but I still have a lot of Veg kicking about so will use it up first 100% don't want to waste ANY food whatsoever

Going to have my final "tester" bar tonight and also going to treat myself to a wee Coke Zero!!!

I really must try my Porridge or Soup soon!

152g (2) Portobello Mushrooms 38 Cal / 0.4 Carbs
90g Mixed Bell Pepper 18 Cal / 2.6 Carb
5g (1/2) Spring Onion 2 Cal / 0.2 Carb
Fresh Chives
Cracked Black Pepper

Steamed Mushrooms for 10 minutes in a Veg Steamer then added them to a 180 degrees pre-heated oven for another 10 minutes with Cracked Black Pepper...

Fried Pepper and Spring Onion in Cracked Black Pepper with Spray Oil for 5 minutes on a low heat.

Blended 125ml cold water with Egg mix with Black Pepper

Added Egg mix to the Veg pan and cooked on a low heat for about 3 minutes and then added some Chives at the end

Dinner:
Exante Lemon & Yogurt (limited tester bar) 209 Calories
Total = 209 Calories
