An additional max of 250 Calories and 7 carbs per day on TOP of my 3 Exante packs so time to go shopping for Fish & Chicken

As I'll be adding 200-250 extra to my packs (really 100-200) I thought I'd make sure to add a walk into the daily routine and making sure it's roughly 2.2 mile as that would burn over 250 calories so it'll make up for it and I'll actually get outside...

But with a day like this, who can blame me :)

Mixed 200ml Cold Water with Porridge Mix

Cooked in a small pot on a low heat for about 5 minutes

VERY nice and creamy and quite filling

~ NOTE: It also thickens up while standing.

Looking at the price it comes across as quite expensive at £4.79 per pack but in reality this will be two meals so not too bad BUT

It is AMAZING!!!
