Day #25

Another stunning day today so another 2 mile walk in the sunshine which also means another couple of hundred Calories out the window...

Sadly I think the WHOLE world was eating fast food down by the river... I mean EVERYBODY was eating junk and me, well I had my bottle of water LOL

Breakfast:
x2 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each

Junk:
2l Bottled Water
x2 Organic Chicken Stock Cubes in Water (Trace)
x2 Mug Green Tea

Exante Porridge Oats 200 Cal
Total = 200 Calories

Mixed 200ml Cold Water with Porridge Mix

Cooked in a small pot on a low heat for about 5 minutes

VERY nice and creamy and quite filling

~ NOTE: It also thickens up while standing.

5:30pm:
Garlic Chicken Kebabs
117g Chicken 161 Cal / < 0.5 Carb
93g Mushrooms 24 Cal / 0.3 Carb
83g Mixed Pepper 17 Cal / 2.4 Carb
Garlic Powder
Cracked Black Pepper
Spray Oil
Total = 202 Calories & < 3 Carbs

Steamed Mushrooms & Pepper for roughly 10 minutes

Cooked Diced Chicken in Spray Oil, Garlic Powder and Cracked Black Pepper until a nice colour (oven will finish)

Prepped up the Kebabs and left to cool and then covered and placed in the fridge as these were for later

Cooked Kebabs for 8-9 minutes then turned them over and (burnt fingers) with a little spray of Oil and cooked for another 6-7 minutes with oven set to 170 degrees.

Dinner:

Chocolate & Orange Bar
Total = 219 Calories
