Another 3 mile walk today... Confused as this is Scotland today!!!
Still a little cold but a GREAT day for a walk (and not eating Ice Cream)
Using up the rest of my Veg & Chicken tonight to make a Stir Fry and still have Sunday & Monday for my food week so not quite sure what I'll get for the next couple of days...
Maybe a piece of Beef one night and an Omelette the next.. Who knows!
Breakfast:
x2 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each
Junk:
2l Bottled Water
x2 Organic Chicken Stock Cubes in Water (Trace)
x2 Mug Green Tea
Exante Porridge Oats 200 Cal
Total = 200 Calories
Mixed 200ml Cold Water with Porridge Mix
Cooked in a small pot on a low heat for about 5 minutes
VERY nice and creamy and quite filling
~ NOTE: It also thickens up while standing.
5pm:
Chicken Stir Fry
113g Chicken 155 Cal / <0.5 Carb
95g Mushrooms 24 Cal / 0.3 Carb
87g Mixed Pepper 18 Cal / 2.5 Carb
10g Green Beans 3 Cal / 0.4 Carb
Garlic Powder
Cracked Black Pepper
Light Soy Sauce
Spray Oil
Total = 200 Calories & < 4 Carbs
Fried Chicken on a high heat until a nice colour (added Garlic) (pieces are small so not really worrying about cooking)
Cooked Veg in Spray Oil, Garlic Powder & Cracked Black Pepper on a high heat for 2-3 minutes (do not overcook)
Added Chicken and mixed together and cook for a further 1-2 mins then added Soy Sauce and mixed well and cooked for another minute
Can't beat a Stir Fry Diet or no Diet!
Dinner:
Exante Chocolate Orange Bar
Total = 219 Calories
Had a wee Coke Zero

In Bed:
Exante Double Chocolate Bar
Total = 201 Calories
Yesterday = 842, Today = 840…
