Day #5

Running through the first few days I've noticed a BIG difference already and can say I will be getting a bit more products pretty soon as I'm bored with these 4 meals at the moment :)

x2 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each
Total = 20 Calories

2l Bottled Water
x2 Mug Green Tea
x1 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each

Exante Carbonara 207 Calories
48g (5) Button Mushrooms 12 Cal / 0.14 Carb
24g (3 1/2′s) Spring Onion 8 Cal / 1 Carb
Spray Oil
Garlic Powder
Cracked Black Pepper
Fresh Coriander
Total = 227 Calories (Additional < 2 Carbs & 20 Cal)

Boiled 200ml water and mixed in the Carbonara mix and covered for 15 minutes with a little Garlic Powder & Pepper

Fried Mushrooms & Spring Onion in a little spray oil

Mixed both, added Cracked Black Pepper and cooked in small pot on low heat for 8 mins

As I only have 4 meals to choose from at the moment I am struggling to eat the same thing over and over but this little change (extra Water & Pepper) made this more of a soup but more importantly the pasta was actually cooked this time

Don't get me wrong these meals cost (£1 when offer is on) so you cannot expect a gourmet meal BUT although edible there is just something I can't put my finger on...

I think it's the powder so blaming that but I'll nail it eventually!

Total = 221 (Additional 2.5 Carbs & 20 Cal)

Steam cooked Veg in steamer for 30 minutes and while waiting

Boiled 200ml water and mixed in the Pie mix and covered for 20 minutes with a little Black Pepper

For the last few minutes finished off the pie mix in a pot on a low heat until I got the consistency I wanted.
