Going to avoid the meals today as I'm simply sick of them with so little choice...

HOWEVER, I've ordered a nice selection and these will be delivered soon so I can't wait... :)

Junk:
2l Bottled Water
x2 Mug Green Tea
x1 Coffee (Black NO Sugar) 10 Calories each

Lunch:
Exante Banana Shake 101 Calories (ONLY HALF)
Exante Red Berry Bar 100 Calories (ONLY HALF)
Total = 201 Calories

3:30pm:
87g Portobello Mushroom 20 Cal / 0.3 Carbs
34g (2) Small Cherry Tomato 7 Cal / 1 Carb
10g (4) Green Beans 3 Cal / 0.2 Carb
Cracked Black Pepper
Spray Oil
Total = 30 Calories (Additional 1.5 Carbs & 30 Cal)

Steamed all veg for 13 minutes in a Steamer

Then fried in a little Spray Oil with Cracked Black Pepper

This was an AMAZING snack!

Simply it broke up the day :)

Dinner:
Exante Banana Shake
Banana Shake
Total = 203 Calories

Simply cannot give enough of these Banana Shakes :)

In Bed:
Exante Red Berry Bar

Total = 200 Calories

I think this is a better approach and it also means I don't go to bed hungry and that is a MAJOR plus...
