Steamed Veg for 15 minutes...
Mixed 80ml cold water to Egg mix (looked like pancake mix) added Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, sat to side.
Fried Veg in spray oil for 2 minutes with Pepper
Cooked Egg mix for about 2 minutes on a VERY low heat
Eggs are EXTREMELY easy to make lol!
Opinion on eggs... First attempt so not going to judge too much but I actually like them a lot... Look a bit funky but taste good (only first attempt though)
