So today was the FIRST weigh-in and I'm glad to report a 1 week loss of 8.4lb YIPEE !!!

Start = 217.6lbs
Week #1 = 209.2lbs (1st April 2014)

I sold off some of my extra old meals on ebay today and this will help fund the purchase of things I like

Exante Breakfast Eggs 203 Cal
75g (8) Closed Cup Mushrooms 18 Cal / 0.2 Carbs
37g (2) Cherry Tomato 7 Cal / 1 Carb
5g (1/2) Spring Onion 2 Cal / 0.2 Carb
Cracked Black Pepper
Salt
Spray Oil
Total = 230 Calories (Additional < 2 Carbs & 27 Cal)

Fried Mushroom in spray oil for 3 minutes with Pepper

Added Tomatoes, basically fried just for some colour

In the smallest pot I could find I fried the Spring Onion for a minute or so...

Mixed 100ml cold water to Egg mix added to the Onion added Salt and Cracked Black Pepper and cooked on a low heat probably about 1-2 minutes
