Well today was a bit of the same old stuff but this is the stuff I like so content for this week to keep things as simple as possible (for this week) ...

Looking ahead, I'm starting to adapt more to the Shake & Bar approach but I think I'll make sure there is at LEAST one "meal" type of dish each day

Exante Breakfast Eggs 203 Cal
100g (10) Closed Cup Mushrooms 25 Cal / 0.3 Carbs
70g (1/2) Bell Pepper 14 Cal / 2 Carb
5g (1/2) Spring Onion 2 Cal / 0.2 Carb
Garlic Powder
Cracked Black Pepper
Spray Oil
Total = 244 Calories (Additional 2.5 Carbs & 41 Cal)

Cooked 1/2 Bell Pepper in pre-heated oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes with spray oil and Cracked Black Pepper

Fried Mushrooms in Garlic Powder, Cracked Black Pepper with Spray Oil for 3-5 minutes

In a small pot I fried the Onion for a minute or so…

Mixed 100ml cold water to Egg mix added to the Onion added Salt and Cracked Black Pepper and cooked on a low heat probably about 1-2 minutes

This was a little bit of work but you can leave pepper in oven or leave mushrooms in pan to stop you rushing around to get everything together... And it was AMAZING
