180 degrees for 18 minutes with spray oil
and Cracked Black Pepper...

Fried Mushrooms in Cracked Black Pepper
with Spray Oil for 3-5 mins on a low heat.

Mixed 125ml cold water to Egg mix and
added Cracked Black Pepper then
cooked on a low heat for about 1-2 minutes
and then added some Chives at the end
(and a little more Pepper)
